Taffy Mandizha

DIRECTOR
Our Director is a qualified Mental Health practitioner with over 20 years’ experience of working and managing in the Community, forensic and acute Mental Health services. Taffy, who also has over 14 years experience of working within the prison service, is very passionate about Marama Care and is motivated to develop services within the company using his wealth of experience.

Stacey Bradbury

QUALITY CONTROL & TRAINING MANAGER
Stacey joined Marama Care in January 2023 and she is an experienced Registered Manager, securing her first Registered Managers role at the age of 24. Stacey has successfully managed a range of services to include both Residential and Supported Living, also working in both Quality Assurance, Operations and Intense Service Improvement across Somerset, Devon and Cornwall.

Lyn Rowe

HR MANAGER
Lyn is an experienced HR Administrator with over 24 years’ experience in the care sector. Lyn joined Marama Care in January 2022 after working up the ladder to a Service Manager of a highly regarded Day Service in Devon. She will use her past and current experience in helping develop the HR department.

Claire O’Brien

OPERATIONS MANAGER
Claire joined Marama Care in October 2023 and has over 30 years of experience working in the Health & Social Care Sector. She began her career in community mental health and then transitioned to community learning disability within the NHS. In her prior position as a Business Development Manager in Devon, Claire established a thriving accredited training academy. Claire’s primary responsibility is to support the day-to-day operations of the business.

Lee Millman

REGISTERED MANAGER
Lee is an experienced Registered Manager who joined Marama Care in September 2024. Lee has worked closely with the local authority and adult social care services and possesses a wealth of management experience.
